      Caplow Manzano is hiring a motivated professional with a strong technical background in construction and project management. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction on multiple commercial and residential projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and reporting directly to Ownership. Responsibilities - Manage RFIs, permits, and coordination with design team; 
- Work with Project Manager on Pre-Construction activities including but not limited to creating baseline schedules, estimating, forecasting, and processing submittals & orders; 
 - Responsible for all onsite supervision to ensure all construction is in compliance with specifications and to quality standards and track as-built conditions; 
 - Update cost reports and budget adjustments, and assist with preparing progress billings; 
 - Work proactively with subcontractors to address and resolve on-site issues to avoid delays or rework; 
 - Coordination with subcontractors to ensure all tasks and closeout packages are completed; 
- Reporting schedule updates, RFI status, material & procurement status, and change orders with owners and subcontractors. 
 Required Qualifications - A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent demonstrated experience in the field; 
- A minimum of 4-5 years work experience post-degree or at least 8 years in the field with no degree; 
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; 
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents; 
- Experience with construction scheduling software; 
- Strong communication skills; sense of humor; poise under pressure;

      This is a hands-on role ideal for a proactive, organized professional who understands the construction process and can bridge the gap between design intent and field execution. This candidate thrives in the field and knows how things come together on-site, turning design intent into accurate construction details and ensuring smooth execution. Responsibilities - Assist with visualization of materials; 
- Assist with interior design floor plans, elevations, sections, details and other drawings; 
- Coordinate with design team and construction team to ensure all necessary details have been provided for installation; 
- Assist with the specification and procurement of materials that meet company standards; 
- Oversee field work to ensure all construction is in compliance with drawings and specifications, and to quality standards; 
- Work proactively with subcontractors to address and resolve on-site issues to avoid delays or rework; 
- Maintain detailed project records, including daily logs, progress reports, photos and inspections; 
- Maintain and review punch list process to ensure all are addressed and executed in a timely manner; 
- Receive all material deliveries and verify quantities. 
 Desired Qualifications - A clear understanding of material constructability and ability to develop specific design and construction details upon request. 
- Hands-on experience with renovation work, particularly residential interiors, is a plus.

      Seeking a motivated Executive Assistant to provide direct personal administrative support to the principals of a small business in the sustainable design industry. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high level of professionalism and discretion. Tasks will include both personal and professional matters. Responsibilities - Organize business and personal calendars, adjusting for shifting priorities; 
- Maintain and regularly review a list of pending tasks, ideas, and projects; 
- Coordinate domestic and international travel planning, with attention to detail.. 
- Compose and/or edit email correspondence and documents of varying kinds as needed, including letters, contracts, agendas, etc; 
- Fluidly manage financials for multiple household accounts; 
- Handle insurance enrollments and renewals in a timely manner; 
- Maintain strict confidentiality with all sensitive materials and maintain appropriate boundaries at all times. 
 Desired Skill Set - Background and education in small business management, accounting, executive support, or related field;

      Caplow Manzano is seeking a licensed Architect to lead projects of various types and scale including commercial, civic, multifamily, and custom residential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and passionate about resilient, healthy design. Candidates must hold a valid architecture license in the State of Florida. Responsibilities - Produce detailed drawings from schematic design through construction document phases for ultra-resilient residential and commercial projects; 
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timeline, budget, and sustainability goals; 
- Construction Administration with internal and external contracting teams; 
- Oversee permitting process; 
- Research and understand building and zoning codes and restrictions; 
- Research existing and nextgen technologies and green building techniques; 
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and equipment vendors around project implementation over an 18-24 month timeframe; 
- Prepare, review and edit relevant documents (letters, research summaries, meeting agendas, etc). 
 Desired Skill Set - Background and education in architecture; 
- Proficiency in, Revit, AutoCAD SketchUp, Bluebeam 
- Proficiency in Lumion, InDesign, Photoshop (Desired)
